The existing Boč hotel is located on a steep slope of the so-called Flower Hill (Cvetlični hrib), north-east of the dominant structures in Rogaška Slatina valley. The existing structure requires a thorough renovation, both architecturally as well as functionally, as it does not comply with the modern standards of accommodation facilities. This is why the hotel has been extended (in order to enlarge hotel rooms appropriately), and structures featuring a wellness programme, a swimming pool and a restaurant, and the respective apartments or rooms have been added. The new complex integrates the geometry of dominants from the valley and the orientation of the existing structure.
