The solution tries to design sets of low energy structures on an expressly N-S oriented area with natural dominants of Kamnik-Savinja Alps and Mlinščica stream. There are three types of structures, and their ground floors are slightly lifted above the terrain, which has been utilised for airing garages and natural air circulation. All living quarters are facing south. Their façades are expressly glazed allowing the accumulation of warmth during winter, while exterior wood shutters protect against overheating during summer. Northern façades are intended for sleeping rooms, while some structures also have business facilities attached to them. A uniform character of the settlement is stressed by Mlinščica stream with an appertaining park.
