Both conceptual designs of a hotel and a high category tourist resort have a common functional basis - programs are dotted along a linear axis and are independent of the accommodation units. Variant 1: The backbone of the concept is a hotel on higher ground and a promenade with a series of villas located all the way to the lower western road (motion motif). Variant 2: Covered city street linking the longitudinal accommodation units above it offers all sorts of services to the entire resort. In contrast of the accommodation units of the hotel and the dependences we offer villas on a slope, imitating the morphological tissue of an Istrian village.
