The single-family house with business facilities on the ground floor lies on a dynamic slope enabling a natural separation of business and residential areas with separate entrances on different levels. The basic volume with a gable roof of a trimmed square block cuts the wall lengthwise. So, it functionally as well as visually separates the front and the rear side of the structure, and at the same time acts as the basic element of the construction system. The carefully placed openings in it join the opposite poles and create an array of various ambiences. The duality of the interior structure of the house is also visible on the façade of the structure, which is coated on the ground floor and towards the slope, while the residential quarters have a wood cladding.
