The hotel is located within the protected region of the Lipica Stud Farm. The concept foresees the arrangement of four programme lots (fitness, saunas, swimming pool, and health and beauty care). The architectural concept follows the idea that several micro ambiences be established within the existing volumes that would create an inner tensity and interesting intimate premises due to changing geometry. Partition elements enable a controlled entry of light and subsequently separate programme lots, which can be – with an appropriate use of materials - made in accordance with an image that a random visitor expects in Karst environment.
