The new Rogaška Slatina police station is located in the southern part of the town, west of the complex Steklarna Rogaška Slatina (Rogaška Chrystal). The triangular plot borders a road, a railway and a stream. The design of the structure derives from joining two geometries of the existing built space. The street façade of the police station on the ground floor imitates a building line of the Rogaška Crystal, and on the first floor a geometry of a new street. By inserting and combining building lines and the implementation, the structure is an added value for the town in an environment which is otherwise characterized by fragmentation and amorphousness.
